DELIVERY

Our warehouse is based in Bratislava, Slovakia. We provide worldwide shipping services, with standard deliveries from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Actual delivery time will be available once your order has been confirmed. The carrier will inform you about the delivery time of the package by SMS or EMAIL.
It is not possible to choose in advance the exact day of delivery. After receiving the SMS, you can contact the Customer Service of the carrier that will help you choose another day.

The package will be delivered in approximately 7 business days.

Only available in Slovakia. Once the order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email that contains the store's opening hours and all the information you need to know.
